The RESET 5-Day Jump Start Phase 1 is not about the restriction of foods. The RESET is a nutritionally balanced, low-calorie system to help you kick carbohydrate cravings and find the motivation to keep working toward your total weight-management goal.

After you have completed the first five days with the USANA 5-Day Jump Start Phase 1; continue taking the USANA Nutrimeal Protein Drinks each day, increasing the Fiber and adding in additional fruits.

The RESET program is a nutritionally balanced program of macro-nutrients (high-quality protein, good carbohydrates, and healthy fats) and micro-nutrients (vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants). The program is simple, every day you drink three Nutrimeal shakes and mix in your USANA Probiotics.

Add in a serving of fruit, and a serving of vegetables (if you wish). You should also take the HealthPak packets.

Drink 1.5L of water, and walk for approximately 20–30 minutes (about 3,000 steps) every day.
