Our bodies have a natural defense against the damage to our cells caused by free radicals, which are produced by the chemical reaction of oxidation. The free radicals generate chain reactions within our bodies to cause this damage. A friend suggested I try Usana as she had way more energy and the dark circles under her eyes disappeared too so I tried them. They are way way better than the products I’d been on previously. Bit pricey compared to the health food store options but I guess but you get what you pay for. Kids are taking their children’s products too and my youngest has had his eczema improve!! Hi Jason. USANA chooses to separate their minerals from vitamins so they can optimise the volume of nutrients needed for todays environment. Many of the store bought vitamins do not carry sufficient ingredients to make a difference to your health because they can’t fit all the nutrients you actually require in one capsule. USANA’s extensive research suggests levels of minerals and vitamins need to be greater, They separate them out so basically – you get more of the good stuff.
