Hi Jackson. Yes we recommend one to two a day, replacing either a meal or a snack; unless you’re on the USANA Reset then it’s a little different for 5 days. The Fibre intake is at a level that’s recommended. The World Health Organisation recommends 30g+ fibre per day for good long term digestive health.
