When will my orders be processed?

Your initial order will be processed 12 to 24 hours after you complete the order. All future orders will automatically process on your selected frequency time frame you chose.

Can I Cancel my Subscription Anytime?

Yes you can. Email USANA Customer Services CustomerService@usana.com with your Customer ID and they will stop or cancel all orders instantly without penalty.
