Before
Step 1.
Take a Photo!
Taking a photo of yourself is a really motivating way to assess the changes in your body as you progress throughout the program. It’s also great for when you are struggling mentally, you can relook at them anytime to keep yourself on track and accountable.
Step 2.
Take Your Measurements
Use a tape measure to take measurements of the key areas of your body, these can include your chest, upper arms, waist, hips and thighs. Record your measurements on the USANA 28 Day Be Healthy Pack Challenge Results Tracker.
Step 3.
Weigh Yourself
Weigh yourself before you start, to give yourself a baseline weight. Record your weight on the USANA 28 Day Be Healthy Pack Challenge Tracker.
Hot Tip: Try not to weigh yourself until the end of the challenge as weight can fluctuate day to day and it won’t give you an accurate reading. Also keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat so don’t be disheartened if you haven’t lost weight.

Start the Be Healthy 28 Day Program

Step 1
Re-Assess Your Measurements
Once you have complete the Be Healthy 28-Day Program make sure you re-assess by taking your measurements, weight and photo once again. Add these to the Challenge Results Tracker so you can see side by side the changes your body has made in the last month.
Step 2
Send Us Your Results by 30 June 2020
When you have completed the challenge send your completed results tracker to BeHealthyANZ@usanainc.com and you will go in the competition to WIN!
Terms & Conditions when completing the USANA 28 Day Be Healthy Pack Challenge
Challenge is open to all AU/NZ residents 18+, challenge must be completed in a 28 day period between the 28 March – 30 June 2020 with photographic evidence, with 30 June 2020 being the last day of the competition. No entries will be accepted after the 30 June 2020.
You must purchase the USANA Be Healthy 28-Day Tribe Pack to be eligible for entry. Results tracker must be filled out in full and submitted to behealthyanz@usanainc.com.
